IntangAbility Workshops

In essence IntangAbility has designed workshops to assist delegates in making better lending decisions; this is achieved through a mixture of traditional lending skills such as financial ratio analysis and MBA type non-financial evaluation skills through the use of selected tools and models. Workshops also provide an ideal opportunity to share knowledge between delegates of either mixed ability or between delegates of similar experience.

IntangAbility has developed a range of tools and models to highlight Critical Success Factors for any business. Delegates may already be aware of, or confident users of, some of these tools and models but other will be new. The workshops are highly interactive, allowing delegates to practice existing skills and develop new ones when assessing Critical Success Factors. Furthermore all workshops are specifically tailored to the needs and level of experience of the delegates and are facilitated by IntangAbility Director, Tim Hoad.
